The Price of Performance is a feature-length documentary that exposes the realities of the UK music industry from the inside out.
It brings together the voices of independent and established musicians, sharing real experiences and “horror stories” from across the live and recording scenes — from unpaid gigs to unfair contracts and the unseen emotional and financial toll behind the art.
Created by Jade Moss, a singer-songwriter who’s lived it herself, the documentary will reveal what’s really happening behind the curtain of the industry — and what needs to change.
